Accounts offered by Cooperativa de Rincón

Shares Account

This account gives you the privilege of belonging to the great family that is the Cooperativa with a minimum of $120.00 a year in your shares. You will enjoy excelent services along with various benefits that we offer, such as: Life Insurance on your shares, up to $20,000 and we pay dividends. You will also obtain, if qualified, Life and/or Incapacity Insurance on your debts. Earned dividends on this account are payable annually and depend on the Cooperativa's earnings during fiscal year, which starts July 1st and ends June 30th of each year.

Savings Account for Members

When you enroll as a member, you automatically obtain a savings account under the same account number. This type of account earns an excelent interest, payable tri-monthly, and it is available with the purpose of inducing savings, a goal of our credit union. We have ATM service to facilitate access to your funds for a minimal monthly fee.

Savings Account for Non-Members

This account is designed for future members or special savings for our current members with which you can also access your funds with an ATM card for a minimal monthly fee. You can open this account with a minimum amount of ten dollars ($10.00) and you will be able to enjoy an excelent interest payable tri-monthly.

Christmas Savings Account

For those long-awaited presents and christmas parties with all your family and loved ones, we have the christmas savings account. This account is available under the members and non-members account, earning interest payable upon the due date. These accounts are opened at the beginning of November and are closed at the end of October of each year, with the aim of helping with the holiday expenses. Merry Christmas!

Certificate of Deposit

Loans offered by Cooperativa de Rincón

Personal Loan

For any necessity that may arise where you are in need of economic resources, we can help by lending you up to forty thousand dollars ($40,000). With this type of loan, if qualified, we will lend you up to four times what you have deposited in your shares account and is not committed to other debts.

Mortgage

We know how important it is to provide safety for your family and look out for their well-being, that's why when it's time to buy or build your home, we can lend you up to five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000). Emergency Loan

For those unexpected expenses that may arise, this loan offers up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000), with a 15% collateral in shares as the only requisite. This loan is subject to credit and income verification to determine if any other requisites apply.

Car Loan

• New Cars - You can obtain your new car with no set value limit as long as you qualify under income and credit. We will finance your new car at a low interest rate and with a minimal deposit in your shares. For more details about our interest rates, please contact our Loan Department where we can orient you regarding this often necessary investment.
• Used Cars - The used car models to be financed should not be older than 4 years and should be in optimum conditions. We can finance from 60% to 75% of the car's value with a maximum of 48 months to repay the financed amount, subject to income and credit verification.

Travel Loan

For those well-deserved vacations, we can lend you up to five thousand dollars ($5,000). A 15% collateral in shares is required and is subject to an income and credit verification. Furniture and Appliances Loan

Decorate your home and buy those appliances and furniture that you like and need so much. We can lend you up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) with a 15% requisite in your shares... Beautify your environment and do your house shores comfortably.

Insurance Policy Loan

We grant loans for the payment of the premium for any type of insurance you may need. Subject to qualification, this loan will be payable in a ten (10) month term period (other conditions may apply).

Funeral Loan

Helping you to plan for difficult times, we grant this loan up to seven thousand dollars ($7,000) and finance 90% of the total cost. A 5% collateral in your shares is required, and you will have up to 72 months to repay the loan.

Deposits-Guaranteed Loan

We lend you up to 100% of what you have in CD's for just 2% of the interest you earn on the account put up for collateral. The funds will be freed according to the daily loan balance and the difference will be made available to you.

Credit Cards

We have some of the best options for our members; our MasterCards have the most competitive interest on the market and a low annual membership fee. If you qualify, with just three hundred dollars ($300) in shares you could enjoy this service that allows you to make transactions such as purchases all over the world and also cash advances.

• Gold MasterCard - from $5,100.00 up to $15,000.00 (Other fees apply)
